The National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) has introduced a new complaint management portal designed to ensure the swift resolution of insurance-related issues. The portal, accessible at complaints.naicom.gov.ng, offers a streamlined and user-friendly platform for addressing all insurance-related complaints.

In a statement to journalists in Lagos, NAICOM emphasized that the launch of this portal is part of its ongoing efforts to enhance its complaint resolution processes. The regulator urged the public to make effective use of the platform for all insurance-related grievances, underscoring its commitment to improving customer service and regulatory efficiency.
“The National Insurance Commission, in its ongoing efforts to effectively address complaints and ensure swift resolution to all insurance-related issues, has launched the NAICOM Complaint Management Portal. The portal offers a streamlined and user-friendly platform for addressing all insurance-related complaints,” the statement read.
